Didn’t get to use the ball because I was worried after reading reviews that it would be too small. So I followed their instructions for the return. They stopped communicating with me and I have not received my refund. It’s been over a month.

Delivery delayed and incomplete still after more than 30 days, the second time I inflated the inner ball it burst along its seam. I was fobbed off by customer service with just a sorry no help and no idea where the rest of my order is. I do not recommend this item it lasted no longer than a much cheaper version from other sellers on Ebay. I paid almost £80 to valkyrie for the bsll. I had a better experience with an item costing £20 from an eBay seller. Avoid disappointment.

I paid £76 for this ball , my Mali loved it , it only lasted an hour, the zip is poorly made and cannot be covered,he worried the zip and ripped the material and popped the ball all after an hour, I contacted the company and sent them photos stating that it was poorly designed, they were not interested, offered me £37 compensation, don't waste your money with this company

I bought a herding ball for my dog. The claim is that it is indestructible, un explodable. The day I got it, I inflated it and my dog used it for about 10 minutes (probably less). I had to re inflate it about 2 hours later, and when I did, it exploded.

I received a small ball that cost $68 plus shipping. The advertisement is deceptive because the small ball pictured looked big enough for an aussie. When I received it, it was for a chihuahua size dog. I have responded to emails to trade for a bigger size over 3 weeks with no reply back. I was receiving emails from them often before I got my delivery and then they stopped. This is apparently a scam. Do not buy from this company. Their ads are deceptive and no customer service response when I requested to exchange for a bigger ball.

Do not buy....do not waste your money like I did. They say money back guarantee but good luck getting your money back. The ball popped within seconds. I could tell it wasn't going to last when I unpacked it.
