Great experience overall!
Great experience getting onboarded & speaking to a provider. Medicine arrived very quickly & customer service has also been really helpful!

My road to success
Overall, this company has provided great response throughout my past 4 months of using them. There was one glitch in the payment area which was resolved within a few days. I love my medical advisor! He asked me the right questions, answered all of my questions and provided advice that helps me be successful and stay healthy as I progress thru this experience. I have lost 51 lbs and dropped my a1c from over 7 to 5.6 in 4 months. I have 20 lbs left until I reach my goal.

3 star, because the company is great, it seemed like a very long delay from the time of order until it was delivered like to see a better turn around time on delivery. FYI YOUR PRODUCT IS THE BOMB. 😊 no worries I'll be ordering more. 😊

Very pleased with the product and results
Customer service has resolved a couple of issues to satisfaction. The only thing is that texting is a bit more time consuming and inconvenient than being able to speak to a live person and getting the issue resolved in minutes instead of hours or days. Hence the 4-star rating instead of 5-star. Very satisfied by the product and pricing.

They do help you when you request it
They do help you when you request it. Only thing is the Ap is hard to use to keep track of your orders. This is very expensive.

The customer service is excellent
The customer service is excellent. They reply to any issues in a timely manner. The only complaint that I have is that the website is a little difficult to navigate and understand what you are ordering or reordering.

Great service
My zepbound order was packaged well and was still cold. Only 4 stars because I did not get an email telling me the package had been shipped or when to expect it. The first I knew it had been shipped was when it was sitting on my front porch.
