Tracking med shipments is challenging and sometimes I'd like to speak with someone rather than text. Overall, the medications have been a life-changer for me and I am grateful that I have an online option.

So far excellent experience
So far so good. I ordered two therapies during the holiday, and both arrived as they per the timeframe described on their website. It took a little while to figure out their customer service system but they were responsive to my questions.

I love the support that I have received…

I really love this company
I really love this company! They have excellent products and customer service! They actually care about their customers! I purchased Tirzepatide from them and I loved it! I hate I had to switch companies due too the price increase but I completely understand it’s because of this stupid shortage!!!! But im constantly checking the site and my email for price updates and discounts because the first chance I get to purchase I will do so!!!!

Changed my life
I was very nervous about venturing into the world of online health. Then I failed my last FAA flight physical, in large part to a combination of BMI and blood pressure. Nothing I was trying was working. After blood tests, I decided to address several issues. I found Valhalla's onboarding process and web-based systems quite frustrating, the reason for a star reduction. Fix that and it's a solid 5-star experience. Getting compounded GLP-1s has literally changed my life. Combined with weight training and a high protein diet, at age 58 I am back to the same weight I was at when I graduated from Jump School at Ft Benning back in 1989 and feel amazing. This would have been impossible to achieve without the availability of medicines and consultations through Valhalla.

Since I started this journey Before my daughters wedding right…
Since I started this journey right before my daughters wedding 9/20/24 I had only lost about 10 pnds. I wish I started earlier because now I'm down 25! I'm so excited for what's to come and have learned how to control my body now. What a difference!

Great so far :)
The Company is great so far. Customer service and providers are friendly and answer questions as promptly as possible. The only thing I didn't like but had to get used to is not being able to call and speak with anyone directly. Everything is done via text which I don't necessarily care for. But they are pretty responsive and answer my questions. Prices are the best that I've seen so far and allow for month-by-month purchase which is AWESOME

Generally pleased
Generally pleased; however, I would like easier access to additional PEPTIDE products. For example, I’ve had BPC and AOD before and now your website won’t allow me to re- order.
