Stay away!!
Their service used to be good, but they have gone completely downhill. Their customer support is awful. They keep sending my prescriptions to a pharmacy that cannot send to my state, and getting this resolved is always a nightmare. I used to receive my orders within a week of ordering. Couple of months ago they sent me glutathione at room temp, despite the pharmacist telling me you cannot do that. I placed 2 orders over a month ago that to this date I have still not received. It's a nightmare to get through to customer service and they just keep giving you the runaround. I'm going to be finding a new telehealth company because this one is just not it.

I wish there was a 0 Star option
I wish there was a 0 Star option. Got a reply from customer service about my recent purchase. Again I got Kyzarek 200mg tablet for 60 days when I paid for 120 day supply. The customer service person told me that I purchased 400mg tablet bid for 60 days. Nonsense. On my order history shows 200mg tablet for 120 days supply and I received 200mg tablets for only 60 day supply. Such BS. I'm done with them. They don't even look at the facts before replying.

Horrible service I have reached out…
Horrible service I have reached out several times and can’t get a call back. I have sent emails and get no email back. VIP points are in my account and I use them and then was told I did not have them and could no longer use service. I have orders that have not yet been filled that I paid for and can’t get a call back from anyone.

Shady company
I ordered on 12/27/24, they took my money and held it for a week before canceling my order and saying they no longer offered what I purchased. Instead of immediately refunding my money, they stated they would give me a refund in points. I had to do a chargeback to get my refund, and they discharged me from care right after. This company is very shady! Do not recommend.

Bad… look elsewhere
Abhorrent. They do not care, are unprofessional and dismissive in the only communication method you’re able to talk through, text. Imagine texting annoyed 12 year olds. Dosing unclear, amount received appears to be less than promised, and efficacy is questionable. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Terrible experience!!
Do NOT use this company......I sighed up with them did my phone conversation and everything else is by text after that. I still cannot purchase off the website. The customer service line only texts me, I have explained to them for 2 straight days that I cannot purchase over their site. They continue to tell me the same run around. What a waste of time. How unprofessional and that alone makes me wonder how safe there peptides and meditation is. No way!!! Terrible experience!

Wishy washy
Well from having a consult with a Dr gettiing my prescription called in supposedly it took over a month to finally get it shipped. They kept making excuses and blaming the pharmacy when in face the pharmacy never had the script. The dr said I was approved for 2 months then I get a text saying only 1 month either way very unprofessional and disorganized to run a business this way and unacceptable.

FRAUD!!!
Took FOREVER to get my order then my card was compromised. Several fraudulent transactions were made in my account. Luckily I made my purchase with my HSA card and a lot of the purchases were declined due to not being within the parameters of spending (door dash, Walmart, Amazon). Use EXTREME caution before putting your credit card information anywhere on their janky website!
