I started on Mounjaro, switched to compound Tirzepatide through VV, it's worked well for me, down 75# in 10 months. Customer service is good, although their shipping prices are not competitive.

I have to rate them a 5!! They are not the first company that I try to get this type of medication from so I know from experience that each company is not the same! VV Responds quickly, they get you in for consultation quickly and best of all their medication arrives quickly. Don’t hassle yourself with other companies. Trust me I tried. I ended up waiting for months and still having to work with customer service only till I threaten the customer service. Did they finally give me a full refund. I did not have any issues whatsoever with VV ! 100% recommend!
