Customer Support after purchase
During a recent order renewal, there was an issue with our local pharmacy that made continuing the treatment wildly cost prohibitive. Working with the customer support team, they were able to cancel / refund that order and worked with us to go through a different pharmacy. While all communication was done through chat, the responses were incredibly quick and we were able to work it out on the same day the issue was identified. Thanks!

Competitive pricing
Competitive pricing; efficient; ease of ordering; ease of delivery. Valhalla has been great. I started in April 2024. Once I had my consult, the prescription was written and I placed my order. Valhalla sourced the pharmacy, and I have continued to receive deliveries directly from the pharmacies. It's been a fantastic experience. Customer service has promptly responded to my questions (because depending on the pharmacy used, the dosing could be confusing), and it's overall just been great.

New to product
I have only been using this product for three weeks. So far so good. Super easy to sign up everyone is nice and very helpful. The website is user friendly so far my experience has been great and I look forward to what's to come

Great customer service
Ordered for the first time from them about a week ago. They let you know it’ll be 6-10 days for the pharmacy to ship it out so make sure to order with plenty of time to get the meds to arrive. I had a few questions in regards to dosing and was able to schedule an appt same day to chat with someone. What is great about them is that they also have a number you can text and reach out to customer service if you have any non medical questions as well. I would definitely recommend them for all your holistic health needs!

The process to get on my desired weight…
The process to get on my desired weight loss medication was made extremely easy by Valhalla Vitality. From the initial consultation to having my medication delivered to my door. The pricing was very good and response time to question was excellent. Reordering is a breeze and meds come even quicker than they say. I have been on this medication for about 6 months now and have lost 55 pounds. That was never going to happen on my own. Valhalla Vitality and their meds have changed my life.
