Simply the best …
I have been using Valhalla Vitality for their GLP -1 medication for weight loss. Over the last year, I’ve tried four different providers, Valhalla was my first. I tried all the others and came back to Valhalla because I missed their customer service their commitment to quality, and just the overall feeling I got as part of their program. They are professional and courteous, and helped me through every step of the process, which can be a little confusing to a first timer. I highly recommend Valhalla Vitality, and never use another company again.

Order processing times are now a lot…
Order processing times are now a lot longer than in the past but that's pretty much due to current demand and less directly tied to VV operations. I felt they did a very good job of managing my 'processing times' expectations from the very beginning by being transparent about current delivery timelines. I was notified when my parcel shipped and when it arrived I found it to be packaged well and still cold.

I appreciate the efficiency!
I appreciate the efficient way Valhalla utilizes technology! The texting system gives me access to customer service through the ease of my phone. I always hear back within 24 hours if I have questions and ordering is super easy as well. I’ve been with Valhalla for almost 2 years, after using another company, and with so many changes in the industry, I’m grateful to have them navigating it all for me!

Very pleased on many levels
I have very pleased with the process, the products, and the quick delivery of products. Any issues I had ( I had a couple) were quickly verified and resolved. I am very happy with where I’m at after three weeks, and I can feel and see that I am losing weight while literally not having hunger pangs. It’s a wonderful feeling!

Efficacy
