Hi Connie. We can assure you our company is legitimate as you can see from all other reviews. We do not handle the manufacturing or shipping of medications, rather, we work with compounding pharmacies. We do not keep stock of any medication, and do not see any attempts from you to reach out to us by phone or text, so I am not sure where you heard we were "out of stock". We are transparent that it takes 10 business days for pharmacies to fulfill prescriptions, and your order is still well within that timeframe.

Hi Charlie, you will receive notices and tracking information from the pharmacy your medication is sent to once it becomes available. We personally do not provide them because we do not have control over the medication shipping process. The reason immediate tracking information is not available is because we work with compounding pharmacies that manufacture and pack medications to order so its always top quality. So it is not really a lack of processing or shipping updates, they simply just aren't available yet. I hope this provides you with some clarity and we thank you for choosing Valhalla Vitality!

Hi, I’m sorry that someone is rude, we will make sure to address it with customer service and always put our best foot forward. Shipping delays from the pharmacies had been an issues, however we have switched pharmacies for every since state and service now so that everything can be delivered in under 1 week! I hope you will have a better experience going forward!

Hi James, we will send you a refund. We have been trying to contact you, but you selected the prompt to block all communications from us when you texted "stop". We cannot do anything on our end to unblock this, it requires that you opt back in to communications.
