I have had an excellent experience with Valhalla so far! I had previously worked with a Preventative Medicine specialist but the monthly in person visits were not convenient for me. Valhalla...the gift from God!
Valhalla is amazing they gave me all the right advice and choices with my medication program, the intolerable pain and swelling in my hands every morning is gone, the aching of my joints and knee amd shoulder are gone, and on the backside not even what I was looking for I am down 35 pounds which my heart Dr. Is very appreciative with the issues I have going on, when the pharmacy sent me out my medicine and it was poorly packaged and sitting in the heat, Valhalla made sure my replacement got to me fast, the approval was done in minutes and I never missed a dose, when the other pharmacy sent the wrong product they immediately settled in and fixed it, even when I ordered the wrong product they reached out to make sure I knew that what I ordered would not be safe instead of just taking the money showing they care, the Dr.'s i have spoke to have been caring and thier guidance to what would work for my issues much better than the place I was at that the convo lasted 30 sec and as long as my credit card went through i could order anything, which i appreciate that they care what I am taking not like other places, my one pet peeve is the automated system and the difficulty to reach someone with a simple question the auto msg AI is rude sometimes...lolo and the constant reply is read your order I can read it but it doesn't explain why yesterday I had one medication come and the second that was ordered and payed for wasn't their when I check it, it just says paid and approved, so I wish simple communication could be better for if there was another mess up with the pharmacy I won't know untill it's been weeks, then they will fix it but it could of been avoided with a simple way to get a hold of a live person, not that the A.I. is all bad when ever I need a 20 or 30 off coupon i text it and they send one right away so I can always apply it, but right now I have $100 dollars missing and all they say is approved and paid...that is my only knock so ,a 96 out of a 100 is still a hell of a rating but they truly have the potential to be perfect. Some of these pharmacies are a little ridiculous like me having to throw away a half of bottle of a 300 med bc it was 150° and burned horribly on injection is a bummer but after this last problem the pharmacy i was switched to was 160% amazing from the ship time, to communication, to the amazing packing, so other then my missing medication right now and the 150$ literally down the drain. Lol, don't even try to check out these other offices i am your testimony I have been with three other ones and nothing but problems, over charging, and sketchy product...Valhalla has none of that, plus amazing caring staff, and the best quality in products I have used in the last year and a half, so your search is over, make the call and get the life you deserve and the health that God promised you through the service of his angels...Valhalla
