They have made the experience fairly…
They have made the experience fairly painless and easy, they leave a bit to be desired as far as communication and processing orders for refills are painfully slow. I have to order several weeks before I run out to ensure I will have more medication before It’s completely run out.

Good experience
Overall, the experience is great and the prices are affordable. As for trying to get a few confusing questions answered is a bit frustrating because it seems scripted, but other than that, I would highly recommend.

I've been with Vahalla for over a year
I've been with Vahalla for over a year. Ive had a few hiccups along the way due to certain pharmacies not working well with me but at the end, they fixed it. Some of the hiccups were not their fault. Of course we call all get frustrated as things don't always work out how we want or as fast as we want them to but have a little patience, it will work out. Other than that, my most recent pharmacy for my GLP-1 (T) was transferred back to the one I started with and I'm happy with them. RX Compound is the best one that works for me. I'm happy with Valhalla so far.

Efficient and Helpful
After I moved to a rural area in 2024, I could no longer find the medication I had started in 2023 under supervision of a local weight loss clinic, which was successful and helped me regain good health. Valhalla provided a way to continue my medication with virtual supervision at a price I could manage even though it is still expensive (with one exception when the prescription was apparently not available at all and so I had to go elsewhere). The chat function on the website is helpful, especially when there are glitches in the ordering. The shipping so far has been fast with suitable refrigeration packaging. The one thing I find confusing is how they continually change pharmacies when filling my orders. Overall, I'm happy to have found this option which saves me having to drive several hours to obtain medication.
