Never can get a hold of someone alive
Never can get a hold of someone alive. Always a bot. Valhalla keeps changing pharmacies and they seem poor quality. Burning at injection sites. Overall feel like quantity is being shorted.

Website needs updating!!!
The product I chose works well. That said, the website is really difficult to navigate and I dread the reorder process!

Not super happy with my results.
I lost a reasonable amount of weight when I began using products from Valhalla Vitality. However, my last prescription did not help me at all. I essentially stood still for several months. Not super satisfied. Also, getting a response from my medical advisor is hit and miss... sometimes I never hear back at all to my text messages.

The good, the bad, and the indifferent
I like that now our shipping is free. I also like that it comes by a week's time. There needed to be improvement on notification of shipment and/or delivery, and for the first time in several months I was notified of a package delivery so I could try to arrange my schedule so it wouldn't be sitting in the hot weather for hours. There definitely needs to be improvement on being able to reach our provider, esp when there's a new therapy prescribed. I message her and don't seem to get a response most of the time. I have questions re: this new therapy, because I'm not losing weight and the label dosing is inaccurate. This pharmacy does not put a good light on Valhalla when there's errors.

Love the affordability and ease of…
Love the affordability and ease of ordering. Wish I received tracking/shipping info that it is on its way. Also product arrived hot with 2 day shipping instead of 1 day. Was told the injection is fine to use.

Horrible communication.
From the time I hit the “Order” button until the warm package of tirzepatide showed up randomly on my doorstep 2 weeks later, there was zero communication. No emails, texts, tracking number, nothing. Also I hate getting a warm vial of tirzepatide delivered that I just paid almost $400 for. Especially when it has KEEP REFRIGERATED stamped all over the package. Some communication from whoever is sending it to me would be nice.

Scheduling consultation and bloodwork was a bit confusing. Prices are high and could be improved. Overall its a good service and mostly convenient.

Amount in bottles
I dislike that the bottles don't have more in them so that you don't have to purchase every month. Be nice to get a little bit more for your money.
