Sometimes it’s good stuff, but they sent me a temperature controlled medicine that was hot to the touch when it arrived due to a failed ice pack and they did nothing to help me at all so messed up
The medicine arrived from Houston, so it was hot to the touch for hours and all they’re doing is gaslighting me

Hi Kristina,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your concern regarding the temperature of your shipment upon arrival.
For clarity, the medication you received is formulated and tested for stability during transit, including exposure to warmer temperatures. The included cold pack is designed to help reduce temperature fluctuations, but it is not intended to keep the product refrigerated throughout shipping. Based on pharmacy guidance, the medication remains safe and effective when handled as directed upon delivery.
Our team reviewed your case with the dispensing pharmacy and provided guidance.
We understand that comfort and confidence in your treatment are important, and we remain available to support you should you wish to discuss this further.

Horrible customer service and constant delayed orders
Very hard to get any response from a customer service rep after I opened a ticket. This is month number 2 of delayed orders and I only have 3 more days of my current medication left. Orders are constantly delayed for me and no one will tell me why. They sure loved taking my money instantly. Also I'm constantly getting emails sent to me calling me Candi, and my name is Katie.

Avoid, using new pharmacies
I want to clarify several mischaracterizations Valhalla has made regarding a previous review and to document a consistent pattern of deflecting responsibility throughout this process.
First, Valhalla attempted to frame my complaint as an expectation of “Amazon Prime–level” shipping. That characterization is inaccurate. This issue has nothing to do with shipping speed and everything to do with internal processing delays. Valhalla’s own customer service bot states that orders are normally processed within one business day. My order remained unprocessed for over six days. Initially, Valhalla acknowledged that this delay should not have occurred, but later attempted to justify it. These contradictory positions underscore a lack of accountability for their own processing failures.
Second, Valhalla advertises and confirms through customer service that patients may request a specific pharmacy. Prior to ordering, I verified this directly and was instructed to include my pharmacy request in the order notes, which I did. Despite this, my request was not honored.
Third, Valhalla claims that pharmacy information is disclosed at the time of ordering. However, this information does NOT appear on the mobile version of their website, which is how I placed my order. The mobile checkout process shows no pharmacy disclosure at all. Only users ordering from a desktop or laptop are shown this information. Nowhere does Valhalla disclose that customers must use a computer to access complete pharmacy details. I have screenshots demonstrating this discrepancy. Ensuring that critical information is displayed consistently across all platforms is Valhalla’s responsibility, not the customer’s.
Fourth, there was a discrepancy in dosing information between what Valhalla told me to take and what was provided by the pharmacy. This inconsistency raises serious concerns regarding accuracy, quality control, and coordination between Valhalla and its pharmacy partners. Rather than addressing this discrepancy directly, Valhalla attempted to shift responsibility away from itself.
Fifth, Valhalla has quietly transitioned away from pharmacies that many long-term users were familiar with and had positive experiences with, including Revive RX. On February 12, Valhalla informed me that they no longer use Revive RX and asked whether it was acceptable to send my prescription to RX Compound Store, a pharmacy with very limited publicly available information or reviews. On February 13, I responded that I would only be comfortable proceeding if I could receive a Certificate of Analysis (COA) from this pharmacy, as I had never used them before.
Despite this, by February 15th, the medication had already arrived at my door. Valhalla processed and shipped the prescription without receiving my confirmation and without providing the requested COA, which I still have not received. Asking for approval while proceeding regardless does not constitute consent.
Additionally, RX Compound Store does not appear to communicate shipping information to Valhalla, further demonstrating a lack of coordination between Valhalla and the pharmacy they now rely on.
In summary, this matter involves:
Excessive and acknowledged processing delays
Inconsistent and incomplete pharmacy disclosure across platforms
Failure to honor stated pharmacy request procedures
A documented dosing discrepancy between Valhalla and the pharmacy
Proceeding without patient confirmation
Failure to provide a Certificate of Analysis for a compounded injectable medication
These issues stem from Valhalla’s internal systems, communication failures, and lack of transparency — not from any action or expectation on my part. I have retained records, timestamps, and screenshots of all communications and platform discrepancies. If necessary, I am fully prepared to pursue a chargeback based on these documented failures.
Potential customers deserve to be aware of these issues and Valhalla’s repeated refusal to take accountability when its own processes break down.
I was willing to work with them and allow them time to resolve this, but their responses have become petty and have turned to shifting blame onto me.
I I also want to point out, because this is very important for anyone that is trying to use Valhala, that if you are getting Tirzepatide with no additives, it will come with a BUD date only good for 3 months. This means that if you buy a larger size vile, and you have not used this medicine within three months, it will no longer be considered safe to use. Depending on your dose, this could end up being very wasteful and expensive.
UPDATE! Pharmacy unable to provide COA claims person who handles this on vacation for weeks! Very shady

Terribile customer service response…
Terribile customer service response time.
Ship incomplete orders and don’t follow up to requests.
Do not trust this website, the customer service cannot be bothered to assist with orders that are missing items.
Response from Valhalla VitalityFeb 11, 2026
Hi K, we’re sorry to see this review, as our team did actively assist and respond throughout your inquiry.
Because a larger quantity of compounded medication was ordered, the pharmacy dispensed the order in accordance with their standard protocols. At your request, the remaining portion was released and shipped. At no point prior to shipment were we informed that you would be traveling or unavailable to receive temperature-sensitive medication.
Once medication has been properly dispensed and delivered to the address provided and signed for, we are unable to issue replacements due to scheduling conflicts or coordination issues at the delivery location. Advance notice of travel allows us to attempt shipment coordination with the pharmacy, but that notice was not provided in this case.
We understand that expectations may not always align, and we regret that this outcome was disappointing. Our team remains committed to clear communication and patient support, in accordance with appropriate and consistent policies.

Scam
Scam, they take your money, no products
Response from Valhalla VitalityFeb 4, 2026
Michelle, for transparency, your order was placed over the weekend and the required medical intake was not completed, nor did we receive a response to clinical outreach. Valhalla Vitality is not a retail store—we are a wellness and telehealth platform that follows medically compliant care, which requires specific steps before any treatment can proceed.
You opened a support ticket with only a screenshot of a bank transaction and no explanation, and did not respond when our team followed up to guide you through the required intake process. As no medical services were rendered, your payment was refunded in full.
We take feedback seriously, but claims that this is a “scam” are inaccurate. Our platform requires patient participation to move forward, and we understand if this process is not the right fit for everyone.
