Terrible communication about shipping status of product. I am going to contact my bank and have charges reversed if i do not receive my weeks end. I wanted to update my rating because I received my delivery shortly after I posted. Product has been great so far but due to the high coat of shipping one would expect to receive shipping information so they know when to expect the delivery.

Customer service is what keeps me with Valhalla, along with the knowledge of quality product. I messed up my 1st order and without hesitation they refunded my money. Shipping is a little steep, however does not deter. Havent had any side effects just having started my 3rd week on Tirzepetide. Down 5.2 lbs. 😁

Overall I am very pleased with the medications from Valhalla. My only complaint is that when I try and seek more detail on different formulations of something, and their respective benefits/downsides, I never get an answer, despite leaving messages.

The booking a consult was easy and the questions were answered. The online pharmacy delivered on time but left directions for the pharmacist who compounded the medication in the package. That was confusing. Also, the two medications came together but the supplies for each medication were not labeled and since they were different, it took a bit to figure out. Overall, the experience has been positive, and everyone at VALHALA has responded and answered all my questions. Love the testing feature.

Mostly a good experience. I do find your website a little difficult to navigate. I also agree with a fellow reviewer in that a dosage chart would be helpful.

I started my compound tirzepatide journey with Valhalla. Loved it. I love how easy it is to order, the price is great for the low doses. Once you hit 7.5mg and above it's crazy. I will continue to purchase a few other peptides and supplements (if I'm able) but I've had to move on to another company for the tirzepatide. But I am very pleased with the service I received from Valhalla. I received my tirzepatide from revive rx and I found it to be great.

I have always had a great experience with Valhalla. They are always eager and ready to help with any questions. Prompt timing on ordering and shipping. The pricing could be more competitive. That would be the only thing I would suggest needs attention.
