Love the tirzepatide just wish I could speak with customer service representative and wish the pricing was lower

This is the best price you can get for semaglutide, plus once you do the initial screening there is no monthly fee. My medication is sent quickly and is always well packed.

I’ve had no problems with Valhalla Vitality .. everything is going good .. losing slow which is ok with me … I’m older and have mobility issues so not much exercise but I am losing with a meal plan and meds .. my only issue as an older adult I’m in the fixed income phase and not sure how long I can afford to keep purchasing the meds.. thanks for helping those who can afford it

I was very happy with my PA consultation. My only complaint is your website. Don’t know how to find my account and when your signed in it doesn’t show your doses or any info pertaining to me. You don’t have an app so figuring out how to get info about your prescription is just not there.

UPDATE: Customer Service did follow up and expedited my order. I have received the product. My recommendation would be to do your own follow up as the texting service is automated. Poor follow up and follow through. I have been waiting on my prescription for 3 weeks and have not yet received. The pharmacy is now saying they do not have my order even though I have been told that the order was processed. I am VERY frustrated that I cant speak with a live person. There is only an automated text messaging service. I NEED to speak with someone as I have spent over $600.00 with this company. I would never recommend this company to anyone based on my initial experience with this company.

I really hate the fact customers get so much for shipping. The product itself is expensive and the shipping adds a serious extra charge .

it was pretty easy to schedule my appointment and the nurse was very patient to all my questions and explained everything very well. She listened to all my concerns and was not rushing me. the ease to communicate and ask any following questions through the text message was really helpful too. the shipping arrives with an ice pack and instructions and all needed syringes and alcohol pads. I am giving 4 stars because I found it a bit complicated to order my medicine as I could not find prescription in my online dashboard and because of occasional delays in fulfillment.
