Communication is terrible
Communication is terrible. Lots of boilerplate emails instead of reading and responding to my emails or texts. Asking for information that has already been provided. Long delays to inquiries during business hours.

Too difficult to navigate their site…
Too difficult to navigate their site the protocol is slow and unreliable was easier to use my own doctor and pay out of pocket for prescriptions

I actually received great
I actually received great, detailed explanations and customer service via text at first. Until today. I was supposed to have my initial consultation 5/1, paid for it, then received a confirmation of payment but with no appointment details. Then when I texted customer service, they didn’t answer me all day, then finally replied they’d get back to me during regular business hours. By the time they responded it was outside of those hours. I was told no record if an appointment with my name. How is that when the system let me pay and sent be a receipt.

I used to recommend this place
I used to recommend this place. They are impossible to get in touch with. They only text with you and don’t have a live person to contact. The rewards points are a complete rip off! You can’t use them and when you try they say they can’t apply them, it’s bait and switch bullsh*t. Once my last order is filled I will cancel the services.

Not very happy with what transpired
Not very happy with what transpired. They said they were going to correct the problem . Not sure what’s going on . I had consult with the dr and what the dr discussed is not what i received . I was charged alot of money for product they said would last 3 months . Only will lady 3 weeks

the information was not as advertise…
the information was not as advertise and involves a lot of guess work. They charge your card and leave you with no update in anyway. Its been 2 weeks since i paided for my order and i have not heard from anyone nor did i get my meds or updates.
