Bonjour, je reconnais que le produit est d'excellente qualité... par contre les délais sont complètement à revoir... des délais bien au delà de ce qui est évoqués il est préférable à mon avis de mettre le vrai délai d'attente plutôt que d'être frustré

I’ve had an excellent experience with Valerion from start to finish. I recently ordered the VisionMaster Max along with accessories, and throughout the process their customer service has been genuinely outstanding - responsive, helpful, and proactive in answering questions and accommodating requests. Communication has been clear and friendly, and it’s obvious they really care about the customer experience rather than only pushing for a sale. The ordering and fulfilment process has been pretty smooth, and every interaction I’ve had with the Valerion team has been professional and reassuring. The one issue I did have with the ordering process was dealt with quickly and simply - it’s refreshing to deal with a company that delivers on what they promise. Based on my experience so far, I’d have no hesitation recommending Valerion to anyone considering a high-end home cinema setup. Communication was clear, delivery was well handled, and the product arrived in perfect condition. I also appreciated the option to activate the extended 12-month warranty, which gave extra peace of mind. When it comes to the projector itself, the Valerion Plus truly feels like a premium product. The build quality is excellent, the design feels luxurious, and the packaging clearly reflects the care and attention put into the product. What really defines a great brand is how it behaves when things don’t go perfectly. My initial order (projector + screen) arrived only partially, which was disappointing at first. However, this quickly turned into a very positive experience thanks to Valerion’s customer support. The team explained transparently why there was a delay due to high demand, stayed in touch, kept me updated, and followed up proactively. What stood out to me is that I never felt forgotten. Even during a busy period, they showed genuine care and worked hard to find solutions. The product itself is fantastically engineered, but the end-to-end experience — especially in these “moments of truth” — is what really builds trust. Professional, human, and reliable support. I bought a Visionmaster Pro 2, a ceiling mount and a 150-inch screen from Valerion. Delivery took some weeks, and then I had two showstopper problems. :-( The 180W power adapter didn't work properly (I think it was underpowered) and their shipping warehouse sent the wrong screen (the outdoor screen instead of the indoor screen). However, their support was very quick and friendly, and they sent me a new adapter and a new screen quite quickly. They even let me keep the outdoor screen! Now I've installed everything, and I'm extremely impressed with the build of all three items and their attention to detail. It's a fantastic projector in every respect (hardware and software), the mount is super well-built and classy, and the screen is cleverly designed and looks really really nice. I'm happy. In short, this company is clearly trying to do the right thing, even if they seem to be having some challenges.

This company is truly exceptional and here's why. I preordered the VisionMaster Max in August after reaching out to customer support to ask about the timeline for their new flagship model. I was told to expect shipping around Nov/Dec, so I went ahead and preordered. Later, during Black Friday, I noticed they were offering a promotion that included a discount on the projector plus a bundle with one of their premium accessories: ceiling mount, walnut tripod mount, screens, etc. So I reached back out to customer support to ask about the discount and whether anything could be done regarding the bundle. NOT ONLY did they refund me the full discount amount, they also sent me BOTH the ceiling mount and Walnut Tripod! On top of that, they included a discount code for future purchases on their site, which I'll be using for an outdoor camping screen! This level of customer service is rare. Huge Thank You to Allen and the Valerion team for going above and beyond.
