I purchased the detector for a trip a couple months ago. Worked fine. The suction cups failed though. I have used the contact us email from their website twice now to see if they can send me new ones. They have not contacted me about it, or sent me new ones. Customer service is lacking care and understanding. 2 stars. Do a better job, and give a crap about your sales and product quality for customers. Either the contact us function works, or it needs to be removed from your website as an option to contact you.
