Mr Cooper is the consummate…
Mr Cooper is the consummate professional. During a time of extreme personal crisis, where I needed to change my flight to be with my family when my daughter had bleeding on the brain and time was critical, he not only went above and beyond in assisting the flight change, but provided a compassionate voice and human empathy that lifted my spirit on possibly the worse day of my life. Ross, is a credit to your organization and is the type of person a service related business would do well by him moving to a leadership position. As a Senior Program Manager, identifying individuals with desirable skills is what I do. I have no doubt, Mr. Cooper has such skills; having personally experienced him remaining compassionate, calm, empathetic, and professional within a very dynamic and time sensitive activity.
