I did enjoy my trip, to Maui, because I went to visit my daughter and her family during my short vacation, and during the day made some road trip and enjoy beautiful weather and great environment, i wish I could stay in the long period, but the time is running out, so I need to come back home. I’m satisfied with my trip. until then maybe I might plan to go again. Because my daughter and grandkids are there,

Awesome Travel Agency. They found us great fare and saved us a lot of money. Staff very easy to work with, especially Max Wilson and also his supervisor were very nice. I plan to use their services for all my future travel plans. You should too as i know you wouldn’t be disappointed.

My experience has all to do with the Customer Care Candidate, Grace Greenwood. She explained the issues & the way to solve them and I was truly satisfied as it was all taken care of within minutes. My time was short on making the flight and need it to cancel, she informed me of the options and they were was clear to me, I followed her instructions and it was all taken cared of. Thank You Grace Greenwood.

Ross is an amazing profession and an exceptionally compassionate representative of Alaska Airlines. It wasn’t enough that Ross went above and beyond, he navigated heated emotions, frustration, anger, sadness, desperation but ultimately gratitude. He didn’t have to do what he did to help me but he did. For that, he and Alaska Airlines helped support me bring reunited with my family for the first time in 15 years for the Christmas holiday. Again, Ross went above and beyond and did it with class. His expertise, professionalism and good manners are reminiscent of days gone by in the travel business. Way to lift Alaska Air! And whatever you’re paying Ross it’s not enough, you’re lucky to have him. He knocked it out of the park-seriously! Sincerely, A grateful customer of Ross’s, and long time customer of Alaska Air. Ciao!
