Grace Greenwood!!! Is honesty the most amazing agent I’ve ever had. She thought of me around the time I should have gotten home, and sent me a text message to ask how I was and I’d made it home. She is an angel living among us. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Aaron was very patient and helpful

When is was trying to set up a reservation for my dog to fly with me to Oregon Max Wilson helped me with all that I needed to know about making the reservation which he did and gave me all the information that I needed for my return flight. He was a great asset.

Good service by Luna and good assistance.

Excellent customer service

United airlines is lucky to have Max Wilson helping travelers. He was exceptional, caring, and took time to explain and detail important detail. Makes me want to return to United for our next trip. My wife has low vision, cannot read the signs in the terminals and needed to have a wheelchair to make sure that while flying solo this time she could get to the correct gate. Max Wilson made arrangements including that she have her boarding pass. If I could I would hire him to work for my company. Max is an excellent representative for a superior customer service employee. Max went above and beyond each time he has helped me! He’s a outstanding employee!
