Good morning, Nick was very helpful on making airline reservations for myself and my two grandkids. I requested a direct flight for us and he made it possible. Nick is an excellent employee. Thanks again Nick..

I’m extremely happy with the way your agent handled my flight details. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He helped me stay calm in a situation that to me was completely confusing. As a senior person who hasn’t flown in 20years, purchasing on line is trying. I can’t thank him enough. He was wonderful and I wish him a very happy new year!

Ms. Rose Smith was patient and very helpful in making sure that we got a flight reservation with American Airlines after our only way back home was cancelled!!! Even though my husband will miss two days of unscheduled leave from work, We are so grateful to have a flight home soon! God bless you and we pray that whatever issues caused the cancelations are resolved speedily!

Grace was amazing trying to get my son home after flight was canceled. She went the extra mile trying to get him a flight on the same day.

Garry is the epitome of what a good customer service is, his willingness to help and eagerness to resolve my concern is what a truly s good customer is. He had given me his full attention and time to reassure that my travel will go smoothly and easy . Kudos for a job well done !!!

Aaron Scott was excellent in accommodating me for another flight.

Luna was the agent who assisted me and she not only answered the phone quickly, but was great to work with. She patiently checked different options available to fly SW from LAX and other airports...and provided pricing and options available with other dates and airlines. I work with wheelchair passengers at Tucson Intl Airport and we get points for positive comments that eventually equate to paid days off. Please insure that Luna gets all the "Brownie Points"that she most certainly deserves.

Good experience for credit
