VA Hub PRO provides fully managed, AI-trained virtual operators for growing businesses that need more than another person to manage. We work primarily with GoHighLevel agencies, home service companies, and other businesses using AI, automation, and CRM systems to run their operations. Our operators support businesses across AI operations, GoHighLevel, automation, executive support, client success, account management, sales support, and day-to-day operations. But VA Hub PRO isn't a traditional staffing or placement agency.Finding the right person is only the beginning.Every operator goes through a structured vetting and training process before being matched with a client. Once they're working with you, our team stays involved through onboarding, performance management, ongoing training, accountability, and operational support. We help build the systems, processes, and Playbooks operators need to succeed in your business. We monitor performance, help identify opportunities for improvement, and provide continued support as the role develops. Our operators are also trained to work alongside modern AI and automation tools. Instead of replacing people with AI, we believe the strongest businesses combine both.AI can automate the work. A capable operator makes sure the work actually gets done correctly. That's why we describe VA Hub PRO as the human layer that makes your AI actually deliver. Our goal is simple: give business owners capable people, better systems, and the management structure needed to delegate with confidence and build a company that doesn't depend on the founder doing everything.

We've done a lot of business with VA…
We've done a lot of business with VA Hub Pro. We've hired maybe 14 VAs through them and it's always been a flawless experience. In one rare case we had an issue that arose with a VA not doing the work we expected, but it was actually because WE had issues with how we described the job to them... nonetheless VA Hub Pro took extreme responsibility on behalf of the VA and immediate action to resolve... Even though this mistake was our fault. I didn't even expect them to handle minor issues for us so this was a bonus!
If you're looking for a reputable company for VA placement, account management, support or custom build outs, I would recommend VA Hub Pro all day every day.
If you've never hired a company like this, keep in mind you need to know what you want to use the VA for. Changing your mind all the time or unclear SOPs are the only possible reason why you'd have a negative experience... and those are not things VA Hub Pro would be responsible for.

ryce, fourteen VAs later, thank you for trusting us this many times. When something's off, our job is to fix it fast, whatever the cause, so we're glad that's how it felt. And you're right that a clear picture of the role makes all the difference. That's why we put so much into scoping and SOPs before anyone starts.Appreciate you and the CloseBot Team!

VA Hub Consistently Finds Great Talent
I’ve been working with VA Hub for years now, and they’ve become a very important part of how we’ve grown our business.
Over that time, I’ve hired more than a dozen virtual assistants through VA Hub, and I’ve consistently been impressed with the quality of the people they’ve helped us bring onto our team. Finding the right VA can be difficult, especially when you’re looking for someone who is dependable, capable, and can truly become part of your organization. VA Hub has made that process significantly easier for us.
What I appreciate most is that this has never felt like simply hiring temporary help. Several of the VAs we’ve brought on through VA Hub have taken on meaningful responsibilities inside our company and have helped us improve our operations, customer service, and ability to scale.
After a couple years and more than a dozen hires, I can confidently say that VA Hub has been a great partner for our business. Joel and the team have always been helpful, responsive, and committed to helping us find people who are a good fit.
If you’re a business owner who needs help building a reliable remote team, I would absolutely recommend VA Hub. They’ve helped us tremendously, and I’m grateful for the partnership we’ve built over the years.

Alex, thank you. A couple of years and more than a dozen hires is a real partnership, and seeing your VAs take on bigger roles inside your company is the best part of what we do. Joel and the whole team appreciate it, and we're looking forward to the next round.

We use VA Hub Pro for our fulfillment…
We use VA Hub Pro for our fulfillment and technical workload and they're doing an amazing job for the past 8 months plus and loving how easy it is to communicate with them. I would recommend them to everyone to use focus in the zone of genius so they don't have to be buried in tech stuff like I was.
Response from VA Hub PROOct 9, 2026
Richard, getting you out from under the tech so you can focus on your zone of genius is exactly why we do this. Thanks for trusting us with fulfillment for eight-plus months, and we're glad to keep carrying that load.

If you’re thinking about working with…
If you’re thinking about working with VA Hub Pro I’d say 100% go for it. The on-boarding was so smooth their communication was top notch and the VAs we worked with were so knowledgeable and proactive I kinda felt silly for waiting so long to work with them. Life is so much easier now I have a team behind me doing the heavy lifting. 10/10 recommend.
Response from VA Hub PROOct 9, 2026
Benji, no need to feel silly. We're just glad you made the jump! A smooth onboarding and proactive VAs are what we aim for, and it's great to hear you've got a team doing the heavy lifting now. Thanks for the 10/10.

High Standards and Genuine Integrity
I’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with Joel Keddie for over three years, and in that time I’ve come to know him as someone who takes a tremendous amount of pride in what he does.
Joel doesn’t just try to get something finished. He cares about doing it well, building it the right way, and creating something he can personally stand behind. He has incredibly high standards for his own work, and that shows in everything he puts his name on.
One of Joel’s greatest strengths is his ability to take something complicated, break it down until it makes sense, and then use that understanding to build something genuinely impressive. He’s an excellent problem solver, a systems thinker, and someone you can trust to figure things out when the answer isn’t immediately obvious.
More importantly, Joel brings a level of integrity and personal responsibility to his work that I greatly respect. He puts his full effort into what he takes on, doesn’t cut corners, and cares deeply about the quality of the end result.

Timothy, thank you for such a thoughtful note. Joel really does build things the right way rather than the fast way, and that standard runs through how we approach every client. I'll make sure he reads this.

Save yourself the headache — do not hire VA Hub Pro for anything mission-criticaling this as a warning to anyone…
⚠️ Do not hire VA Hub Pro for GoHighLevel/CRM development — and be cautious with vendor recommendations from Sell More Academy.
I hired VA Hub Pro to build out a CRM/automation system for my business and paid across four invoices between February and June 2026. Nearly seven months later:
Client onboarding automation is still broken — multiple clients have received contracts with no follow-up, or skipped onboarding steps entirely, requiring me to manually fix their records.
Automated session-expiry reminders (a core piece of what I paid for) were never built, despite being flagged in May and again in June.
Appointment reminders have failed repeatedly for clients.
Every SMS notification sends duplicated, without exception.
Analytics/tracking work (GA4, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn) that I paid for on June 26 is still not functioning as of August 2026 — and VA Hub Pro's own team gave inconsistent internal labeling for this same unfinished work ("Phase 0" vs. "Phase 1"), which tells me their project tracking is as disorganized as their delivery.
I raised a data security concern in early July about suspicious form submissions and never received a clear answer.
On May 18, I was told in writing that "the project as scoped and contracted is complete." It was not — the issues above continued for months afterward.
I formally terminated the relationship and requested a full refund. As of this post, I have not received a refund.
I was originally connected to VA Hub Pro through Sell More Academy, which publicly claims to vet and recommend only trustworthy vendors. Based on this experience, I'd encourage anyone considering a vendor recommendation from them to do their own independent research first, regardless of the endorsement.

Hi Dorsey,
We’re sorry your experience with us ended in frustration, and we respect your right to share it. Because this was a working relationship between people, we want to give readers the full picture so both sides get a fair hearing.
We worked with Dorsey and her team for six months, building the CRM and automation system for her coaching business. Our team grew close to hers. Challenges came up, as they do in any complex systems project, and we believed we were working through them together. In June, Dorsey told us she appreciated the pace we’d kept, and she chose to continue with us on a new phase of work. Throughout the project, we also took on additional requests beyond the contracted scope at no charge to keep things moving.
Then, after a month of us trying to reach Dorsey with no response, we received an email from her on August 20 ending the engagement and demanding a full refund. If we didn’t pay, she said she would take legal action, file a chargeback, and keep posting about us publicly. We didn’t know at the time that reviews like this one had already gone up on multiple platforms that same day.
We refunded six months of work in full two days later, on August 22, and confirmed it to Dorsey in writing that day. Nearly two months later, this review still says she hasn’t been refunded.
For a small business, a chargeback or a negative review can do real damage. Our reputation and accountability are what we’ve built this business on. Receiving those threats out of nowhere was unsettling and stressful, and engaging a lawyer over the amount didn’t make sense. It always breaks our hearts when we aren’t given the chance to make things right with a client, which is what we always try to do.
For readers, here’s what the record shows:
Original scope: confirmed complete on our May 18 close-out call, where Dorsey also approved cleanup of the account. The project formally closed June 24.
Phase 0: a separate engagement, scoped June 22 and paid June 26. It was new work, not unfinished work from the original project.
Session-expiry reminders: part of the original build, delivered in May, documented in the System Handover Guide, and confirmed working on our July 14 call.
Duplicate SMS: caused by two triggers firing the same automation at once. It didn’t affect every message. We fixed it, and Dorsey acknowledged the fix on August 20.
Onboarding: each case had a different cause, including a workflow left in draft mode and a sequence that never started because the required form wasn’t submitted.
Tracking (GA4, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn): this needed IDs and access from Dorsey’s side. We asked on July 22 and followed up four times with no reply. The information arrived August 18, two days before the engagement ended.
Security concern: we checked the emails Dorsey forwarded against both of her accounts and found no matching record. We asked where the booking originated and didn’t hear back.
We work with people, and people make mistakes. That includes us. When an issue is ours, we own it and fix it. What matters is a fair chance to address it, and we would have welcomed that here. Our calls were recorded and our records are complete.
That refund covered six months of work our team had already been paid for, including many times we went beyond scope to help Dorsey move forward. We did what we felt was right.
We still wish you and your team well in the future, Dorsey. We have nothing but amazing things to say about our experience working together with you.
