VacationsuniversalReviews of vacationsuniversal.com

I would give no stars this company is a fraud they will tell you have a offer once you confirm they have openings or rooms which most of the time are cheaper then the 1600 they say they get you they tell you the company had to cancel i got over 10 responses of the same company cancelled i asked to talk to a manager since the so called sales rep said we could get money back at anytime and no manager calls was told after the 180 days i would have full refund and they stopped emails and returning calls fraud stay away!!!

This company is a scam. Do not give them money to sell your timeshare! They won't do it. After my 1 year was up, I emailed and contacted them, and they not only didn't respond but blocked my cell phone number because I called from a different number, and it worked. I've yet to receive payment. I reported them to the BBB and am in the process of beginning a lawsuit. Stay away!

This company contacted me to use my RCI timeshare extra vacation weeks for rental. They were very responsive in the initial days. However, none of their offers went through, and when it is time for them to refund my money, they are not even responding to my phone calls and emails. This is a fraudulent company, and I will sue them for sure. I have a contract that specifically mentions a full refund if none of the offers go through. They are chits. Please do not follow my footsteps.

Vacations universal is a scam. They do nothing but take your money.

They beat me out over $2,500 and here's how. They we're suppose to rent out my timeshare. but they haven't done anything, They have now blocked my phone number and I have to take this issue to the state of Florida. All I can say is please stay as far away as you can from this company! Vacations Universal 132 W. International Speedway Boulevard STE 35, Daytona Beach, FL, 32114

CANCEL IMMEDIATELY with VACATIONS UNIVERSAL. Nothing, but a bunch of SCAMMERS and rip-off artists specializing in pretense, deception, trickery and bullshit. The entire work force is running a fraudulent scheme of claiming to provide you with rental offers for your timeshare getaway weeks. Of course, the rental offers they provide are entirely bogus and fake, and will NEVER lead to anyone actually renting. Truth is you will never receive any financial benefit from them. The incessant recurring bullshit theme is that the “rental offer did not work out.” Do NOT believe a word of their sales pitch, especially when they end their sentences with: “does that make sense.” They are lying through their teeth. If there is a follow up response to this review, do NOT place any truth in it. STAY AWAY and never give them a second glance!

The company promised to market and rent my timeshare in the span of 6 months and if the timeshare was not rented, I would receive my money back. This was September 2024. It is now August 2025 and have not refunded my money. Look at the complaints on Better Business Bureau. Especially the one in September 2024 regarding the 180 days and follow the complaintsup to date. Deceptive practices.

Absolute criminal scam. After waiting a year with no offers I asked to speak with customer service about cancelling my account and getting a refund, so they hung up on me and blocked my number. Not a real business!
