When I book I expect the lowest rate. Vacation roost not only quoted a higher rate than competitors , they failed to offer me any discounts and then they required a much higher deposit than its competitors . To make matters worse the vacation roost deposit of 50 per cent upfront for a booking 7 months away was immediately nonrefundable after 24 hours. I will never book with vacation roost again because their focus is greed for the highest commission possible not helping customers get a good deal.

First of all, James offered to book our transportation from the airport to our hotel (The Carriage House). When we arrived, the transportation company did NOT have a reservation for us. We never received any emails from him as explained to us but our card was charged. When we arrived at the Carriage House, again there was NO booking for us. When we called the number on our confirmation we were finally given a room and got settled in only to find that an hour later this same room was given to another guest and our room code had been changed. If we hadn't run into them getting in our room, we wouldn't have been able to get into it because the room code had been changed. As we spoke with others who were staying there, they relayed the same things happening to them. Very poor management!!!!!!

Accommodations sucked. Rooms was smaller than a walk in closet Its a dump

We called to book a room at Copper Mountain through VacationRoost, the room we saw online was not available so they suggested a "comparable" room "just outside" the resort. Clearly their definition of "just outside" the resort and our definition are VERY VERY VERY different! Turns out it wasn't even in the same CITY!!! We called to see if we could get a different room on the resort like we had originally requested but it was going to cost us over double the original rate. We told them to cancel our reservation with them. I want to backtrack a little bit, leading up until our arrival, we thought we were dealing with Copper Mountain. I cannot believe a reputable company like CM would ever allow a scam like this to use their letter head and their name to book rooms on CM property. Imagine our shock when we showed up at CM and there was no reservation waiting for us. When talking to the agent to try and sort out the situation he blamed us up and down. The situation was never resolved (they tried contacting us the day before we left, but that was WAAAAAYYYYY too late), they STILL have our money and our entire vacation was spent room-hopping. We were there for a race and VacationRoost made it impossible to get the practice runs in we needed. Vacation Roost is a SCAM, they are LAIRS and they are THIEVES!

The room we received reeked of smoke and was next to a pub with a bunch of loud drunks until late in the night. The advertisement did not disclose the existence of this pub and, allegedly, the room was non-smoking. The management of this company has done nothing regarding my complaints. I would not recommend this organization to anyone.
