Vacation Rent PaymentReviews of vacationrentpayment.com

We are a small family owned vacation rental management company and have used VRP payment processing for many years. We have generally have good service. No real complaints just wishes. Communication is good although I wish we had a phone number to speak with a support agent. We appreciate our questions being answered for chargebacks and advice on what to provide for a chargeback. Wish Guest refunds were returned faster. Guest refunds take so long that our customers get frustrated even though we set expectations that refunds take 10 to 14 working days.

We are a small vacation rental management company and have used VRP payment processing for many years. Things we love: communication on help tickets and support fighting chargebacks is great! Things we like: Payments are seamless and well documented. Good transparency - I can see every guest charge in the client portal. Things that could improve: payouts are coming a few days later than they used to, making monthly bank balancing more challenging. Fees have gone up. Guest refunds take so long that our customers get frustrated even though we set expectations that refunds take up to 14 working days. We are happy with the product and if I could give half stars this review would be 4.5 stars :)

We have been with VRP for years and why they are the best is because they always fight for us during chargebacks. They are great to work with and very trustworthy. We have had to use other payment systems and they have been awful to work with.

Thank you for your persistence in getting the charge back cancelled for us. We so appreciate all you do ! Thank you Kathy Sun Palace Vacations

They were so helpful with disputing a chargeback case for us! Love working with them!

Cian was an excellent agent helping us recover our money after an unfair chargeback. He was very patient and professional to handle this issue! Thank you very much

I have always had excellent service with anyone that I have dealt with. Anytime that I have an issue or question, ya'll are so quick with a response or take care of the issue right away. Could not ask for a better company to do business with. Thank you

Great & dedicated customer service. Everyone I have interacted with has been super friendly & helpful. And when an issue or request spans over multiple days, they always make sure to follow up with me and make sure the subject is resolved. Additionally, when I ask lots of questions, they are very patient with me and make sure I am comfortable with my understanding.
