I had such a great time with my trip through Vacatia! This was definitely the easiest platform I have ever used in my life. The customer service manager (His name is Daniel) really helped me with the planning and the payment process. The flex pay (separate payment system) which he has informed me with definitely helped me to lower the burden of my trip and allowed me to have a enjoyable time without having the one time payment breathing down my neck. I would definitely recommend Vacatia, and please always ask for Daniel, he will definitely take good care of you no matter where your trip takes you. Two thumbs way way way way up!

There was a mistake that could have made a huge, negative impact on my family's vacation but Vacatia stepped up with no fuss, and no hassle solution to the situation by upgrading our family at no extra charge . When we first made our reservation on March 10 2017, there was a bit of a mix up with the booking processing . But Daryl the customer service representative that helped us, did everything he could to make sure we had a place to stay for the night. An as he promised sent us links to another resort to accommodate all the guest that we had. Because our experience at the first hotel we said at was a nighmear. The next day Daryl's co worker Leah took over the process of getting us into another resort. She made sure that we didn't have to spend any extra money an just placed the money we already spent towards another resort with the room we thought we were getting. Daryl an Leah SAVED our vacation. I would definitely recommend Vacatia to anyone who is needed to plan a vacation an get the most for there money.

I booked a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo at Caribe Cove Resort thru Vacatia. Vacatia made it easy to set up my vacation and my family loved it. We had a full kitchen to cook our meals in with a screened balcony for the family to eat on. We really loved the heated pool and jacuzzi. Living in the Silicon Valley and looking to get away from the city for a get away with the friends and family. Looking at hotels and packages has always been my weak point and using other sites like Expedia, Kayak was just too complicated and way too much stress on me. As I look around the web, I found this great new website called Vacatia and fell in love with it right when I entered the site. I was so surprised with the selections and descriptions they have provided, I fell in love with Vacatia right away. Without hesitation I want to book my rental but right away, I found out they have a live chat function with a Vacatia agent. I was taken care of by Guest Care Agent Dan and I booked my trip to Tahoe at the Marriott Timber Lounge. I would recommend Vacatia to anyone and please ask for Dan for his service. He optimistic attitude and his professionalism is what is missing from the current Vacation Rental Industry. TWO THUMBS WAY UP!
