When someone orders, you say you will send an email. YOU DON'T! so you don't know if order went through. Then you order again and same thing. When you try to contact, it takes forever to hear back and then you have 2 things and you ask them to cancel. I would never recommend y'all to anyone! Need to learn better customer service. You then want the customer to pay high shipping cost to return

Our Customers will also be notified via email when the product is shipped and delivered locally. In addition, you can contact the store’s customer service for communication regarding orders.
