Absolutely horrific customer service. I bought a desk from them through TEMU and it was missing the bottom panel for the drawer, rendering it virtually useless as the biggest drawer could not contain anything. I have tried time and time again to ask them for the reshipment of ONLY the bottom panel of the drawer, but they said the item was out of stock. Today, they called me greedy for asking to buy the missing panel and have been utterly insulting. Their inability to deal with problems they have created themselves and blatant shamelessness to insult customers for trying to right THEIR wrongs are shameful. Where possible, AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Never got my item, spent $270. Total scam.

Our experience with this brand was insanely disappointing, especially for the price of this desk. Our order was packaged without instructions. We looked thoroughly through the box, packaging, hardware, and all over every piece and there were no instructions included. We attempted to get those instructions emailed to us through their customer support and they refused, insisting it was Amazon’s fault. Then once Amazon found instructions to email us, we realized they sent us the wrong unit. We purchased the unit that comes with a plug port in the top of the desk. We received the desk without that port. We also received a few incorrect pieces that didn’t fit correctly. Even the pieces that did fit correctly look so cheap. The drawers don’t line up correctly so they have this cheesy angle of space surrounding them. It’s also incredibly flimsy. The right third of the desk actually broke off as we carefully turned it upright according to the instructions (even with two people carefully turning it). We had to use wood glue and clamps to attempt to salvage it. This is terrible quality and horrific customer service for the price.

UPDATE 7/21: I did finally receive a refund after many weeks of waiting. You have to contact the company continuously in order to get anything done when a refund should have been automatically disbursed once they discovered the item was out of stock. Glad I stayed on top of it or I think they might have just kept my money. ORIGINAL POST: Ordered and was charged $191.85 for a shoe cabinet on December 2nd. Contacted the company on December 22nd because I had not received the order yet. Was told cabinet no longer available and would not be in stock anytime soon. Said I would receive refund 24 hours after cancellation. It’s now January 7th and still no refund from company. Sending another email but not hopeful.

I bought a pair of chairs from this company February 2025. They said it would take 3-4 weeks to receive. I emailed them back and forth for months every 2-4 weeks. They said there was a delay from lack of raw materials. Then they said it would arrive in the USA on 7/6/25 and was being unloaded and should be to me in a month. After 7 months of waiting they just refunded my money without asking me because of “lack of inventory reserve.” They sold me the chairs at $700 for a pair and now are trying to sell them for $2000 for a pair. They do not want to honor their previous price they sold them to me and provide the furniture I waited 7 months to receive. The chairs are currently still available on their website and says “in stock and ready to ship in 24 hours.” Total SCAM company. Do not buy from them.

Please don't order any item from the website. They just canceled my order after waiting for 7 weeks They don't have a proper customer service and only responds to emails.Please buy from a reputable furniture store.

Perfect hidden litter. Easy to put together!

Fits my bedroom decor perfectly. Was a little difficult to assemble.
