Great tool within itself
Great tool within itself, our export options didn't fit what we wanted to present to our clients. PDFs worked fine but ultimately we would restyle and change to fit our own brand. Fine if you keep info within the tool though.

Hi Jacob, Thanks for sharing your feedback! In UXPressia, custom branding for exports can be set up in a couple of clicks by adding your logo and brand colors. We also have quite a few export options that will satisfy any company’s needs (PDF, PNG, CSV, PPTX) on different plans. Could you kindly share if you had a chance to explore these options and if there's something you'd like us to add to the existing funstionality? We're always open to your feedback! Feel free to reach out to via live chat on the website with any comments, concerns, or suggestions :) Thank you, UXPressia team

All is OK. But after the price hike it won't be.
All is OK. I thought I wouldn't be happy to pay 24$/month for a customer journey/buyer persona platoform, but now I even recommend it. But later this year I will stop paying because I can't pay 1 year in advance and prices will change. $24 is expensive, but in the top limit, $36 for a CJM and Buyer persona platform is extremely expensive. I will miss you, you have the best software online.

Hi Renato, Thank you for your review. Excited to hear you recommend UXPressia! Speaking about the price, we did increase the Pro plan price recently as the platform is constantly developing and now we offer much broader functionality compared to 4 years ago when the $24 price was released. However, we totally understand that paying $24 is not always an option so we added a Starter plan which costs $16 per month and allows to create up to 3 documents of every type. Please check out what every plan includes by following this link: http://uxpressia.com/pricing Hope this helps! If there are any questions or concerns, please send us a note to [email protected] or just message the support team in the live chat on uxpressia.com. All the best, UXPressia team

UXPressia - Great Tool
I really enjoy using UXPressia. The tool is robust and complete - perfect for a structured CJM. I wish the collaboration and real time updates would happen with no lag and we could see the people active in the board as they wonder across the fields .

Thanks so much for your feedback! We’re really glad you enjoyed UXPressia. Our platform offers multiple collaborations opions, like different types of sharing, commenting mode, and the possibility for different people to work on the same project simultaneously. But what you shared about the possibility to see other people being active in the board is an awesome idea so we added it to the list of future improvements ideas! If you have more suggestions, please share them to [email protected]. Thank you, and have a great day. UXPressia team

Great tool but pay attention to Miro
I do believe you have one of the best tools for creating digital customer experience maps. However lately I see how important it is to have some flexibility. Miro, for example is giving much more options for communication, inserting photos, charts, new ideas or even creating storyboards.

Hi, Ola, Thanks a lot for such a nice review and a high rate! At UXPressia we are constantly working on adding new cool features, so all the feedback is precious. Speaking of the mentioned abilities - we actually have them at UXPressia! You can easily add images into the artifacts (your own, or using the Storyboard gallery) as well as customizable graphs and charts. As for communication - our Commenting mode will help you with that! It allows you to mention your teammates and chat with them right from the platform ;) Here are some Help Center links to help you out: https://help.uxpressia.com/en/articles/867763-use-text-formatter-in-journey-maps https://help.uxpressia.com/en/articles/3184757-use-the-storyboard-gallery https://help.uxpressia.com/en/articles/4073570-chart-section-in-journey-maps https://help.uxpressia.com/en/articles/2951621-commenting-mode Hope these tips are helpful!
