Easy to use and useful templates

The tool is very useful and easy to use, templates are very helpful as well. The team behind it are the best!

Creating your very own client avatar and journey can seem like a lot, but not with UXPressia. They provide many templates and exercises, it's actually fun.

Is a powerful tool o help me in my work, but i need a better way to display images, logos and icons shows too big, example: if i want to have a list about top 10 apps in user persona, this icons shows bigs and little messy.

Not only is the tool dynamic and easy to use, the team at UXPressia are great to work with to explore new features and functionality. Also, if there is an issue, usually due to my misunderstanding, they respond very quickly AND follow up to make sure you are happy

Working with UXPressia was a blast! The support team was very helpful in assisting me, in setting up an environment where I could teach my class. The program itself is straight forward, interactive and provides a great overview weither your working in a team or solo. The great variety in templates UXPressia offers allows for a quickstart to all your projects, and really gives an edge to this program!

I stumbled upon UXPressia in late 2020 as I was designing digital marketing & omni-channel retail mktg courses for my Massey University students here in New Zealand. Because I wanted practical, industry-leading tools for the students to use to compliment by background (alongside theory + research), I was very excited with the prospects of what UXPressia could deliver. Over 200 of my 2nd year and 3rd students chose to use UXPressia to create 'Buyer Persona' profiles & 'Customer Journey Maps' for a range of different industries and business models. I was stunned with the results when they started to submit their consultant's reports. Talking to the students about the software, they were so pleased within themselves! For example the UXPressia software enabled the less artistic/creative students look like pros with an hour of using it. (Heaps of video tutorials & examples, plus online support provided UXPressia) The naturally creative/artistic students had a field day and blew my expectations of the water! So it looked pretty, but could the students get across the complex journey from the provided real-life data? YES! Students were empowered to then pay for certification. Many have done this. Thank you UXPressia. We look forward to intergrating your software into my Post Grad Advanced Digital & Social Media Mktg course next semester.
