This transport company was professional and informative. All my questions were answered and my worries were eased immediately. Especially Kevin he did a great job with the transport of my 1964 beetle bug!

Awful experience with Justin. Trying to ship our car to another state. He provided a reasonable quote and said the driver would pick up the car at noon on the designated day. Trying to follow up and he is radio silent. At first I was told he was on vacation. Then I was told he was still negotiating with drivers. Nobody can tell me whether my car will get picked up or not. Their customer service is lacking & ignoring a customer shows their lack of concern. They are just waiting for their next victim.

I had a nightmarish experience with Uwon Carriers LLC (Order #30457415-UW). They operate using classic deceptive "bait-and-switch" tactics, breach signed agreements, and engage in extortionate practices at delivery. Bait & Switch Pricing: They initially quoted me a locked-in rate of $800 to secure my booking and $300 deposit. Soon after, they attempted to demand $3,000 before forcing a revised quote of $1,600, which doubled the original agreement. Weeks of Delays & Complete Incompetence: The contracted pickup date was July 8th. They went silent for weeks. When they finally sent a driver, the person was completely unprepared and couldn't mechanically unlock the vehicle, despite explicit advance notice that the battery was dead and the vehicle was inoperable. Forced Pickup After Cancellation Request: After weeks of non-performance and refusing a full refund, I formally requested cancellation and warned them of legal/regulatory action. Only THEN did they abruptly claim the car was picked up, completely ignoring my cancellation notice. Extortion at Delivery (Holding Vehicle Hostage): Per the signed agreement, the remaining balance due at delivery was $1,300. However, upon arrival, the driver demanded $1,400 and refused to release my vehicle unless I paid the extra $100 for an uncommunicated "towing fee." Holding a vehicle hostage for unauthorized fees is a direct violation of federal transport regulations. NOTICE ON THEIR RATINGS: Do not be fooled by their high overall rating. They actively dispute, flag, and attempt to remove legitimate 1-star reviews from real customers to hide their illegal practices. I have full audio recordings of call exchanges with their dispatchers, as well as complete text and email documentation proving this entire scam. I am personally ensuring that all evidence, call logs, and contracts are formally submitted to the FMCSA, USDOT enforcement division, State Attorney General, and their bond provider to initiate a full regulatory investigation into their business!

The whole experience felt like a bait-and-switch. After I agreed to the quoted price of $750, I was later told that, due to "high demand for transportation services and limited drivers available in Texas," the driver's price had increased to $1,150—a $400 increase from what I originally agreed to. I understand that the initial quote may be an estimate, but an increase of this size is far beyond what I expected based on the advertised pricing. It makes the original contract price feel meaningless if the final cost can change so dramatically after the agreement is made. While I appreciate that Nick tried to work with me on the price, it was difficult to feel comfortable moving forward when the amount kept changing. It made me lose confidence in the transaction. On top of that, I'm now out the $200 deposit that I paid based on the original quoted price. I entered into the agreement in good faith, and I don't believe it's fair to keep my deposit after increasing the price by such a significant amount.

Was bait and switched by this company. Was given an estimate of $900. Contract was signed. Day of the pick up was told it was instead $1400. Justin was not up front from the beginning. Other companies quoted me $1200-$1400 from the beginning. This is dishonest practice. Stay away from this company.
