Bought a movie, successfully took my money, did not send me a code. Filed a claim with PayPal. They have also oversold/fake codes. I have 2 codes that i cannot redeem. I contacted customer NOsupport over 13 days ago. Have yet to get a response.

Paid for a movie last night still waiting for the code. I have sent multiple emails to support with any responses, will be contacting PayPal to get refund.

I have used this site a handful of times and it has worked flawlessly each time. I am very pleased with the ease of use, super fast order filling, and great prices. I have also used a similar site and it doesn't work anywhere near the level of this company. They are truly in a league of their own. I plan to use this site exclusively for all future purchases.

I have now bought 5 movies from UVGrab.com and I could not be happier with the service. I experienced one hiccup with one purchase, I had access to the Itunes copy but not the Ultraviolet version. I sent a quick message and the next day they sent me a new code no questions asked.
