UTN has been great. Sold me a solid product for my Walmart store. Was shipped out of their IL warehouse as promised.

I purchased items from UTN in July 2024. They prepped and shipped directly to Amazon. Within a few days of selling the products I got counterfeit complaints & tons of returns. This ended up costing me thousands of dollars and headache after headache with Amazon. I am STILL (2/2025, 8 months later) fighting with Amazon over the counterfeit product still in their warehouses. UTN was NO HELP and offered NOTHING. The customer service was TERRIBLE. They said they don't have supply chain documents, letters from brands, nothing... it's a nightmare. Thankfully, one of the purchases was with a credit card and I won a chargeback claim after months of disputing. STAY AWAY FROM UTN. THEY ARE DISHONEST & SELL COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS.

Out of all the distributors I've worked with, UTN Wholesale has been by far the best for my business. What sets them apart is not only their incredible inventory deals but also their exceptional customer service. They consistently go above and beyond, responding both promptly and patiently to all of my questions and concerns. Their reliability and dedication make them a wholesaler I can trust and highly recommend! My order was fulfilled in 1 week! Truly amazing.

UTN is a great company who prides itself in providing authentic products. My experience with them has been nothing short of excellent. The whole process was smooth, and my items are now currently selling on Amazon with very little returns. Highly recommend them

Complete scammers! I bought two products from them, and both were disasters. The first was shut down on Amazon for being counterfeit, and the second was so fake it had a 100% return rate. These scams cost me $12,000 in losses. After months of weekly emails, they only refunded $4,000—a fraction of the damage. If you’re an Amazon seller, stay far away. These people are frauds and a massive risk to your business!
