this company is not a good partner, they sold Counterfeit products, and even when they knew they are counterfeit, and they tried to resold to other customers. And for the counterfeit products, they did not give any solution any longer, and no refund, no response. They should be researched by the FDA , FSA. And they will pay for the illegal activities.

Do not do business. Lost $55,000 on rugby nicotine patches because they couldn’t submit valid documents Amazon requested. This will eventually happen to every Amazon seller they sell to but yet still just are greedy for a bit of profit and will screw any customer over

I purchased items from UTN in July 2024. They prepped and shipped directly to Amazon. Within a few days of selling the products I got counterfeit complaints & tons of returns. This ended up costing me thousands of dollars and headache after headache with Amazon. I am STILL (2/2025, 8 months later) fighting with Amazon over the counterfeit product still in their warehouses. UTN was NO HELP and offered NOTHING. The customer service was TERRIBLE. They said they don't have supply chain documents, letters from brands, nothing... it's a nightmare. Thankfully, one of the purchases was with a credit card and I won a chargeback claim after months of disputing. STAY AWAY FROM UTN. THEY ARE DISHONEST & SELL COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS.

Complete scammers! I bought two products from them, and both were disasters. The first was shut down on Amazon for being counterfeit, and the second was so fake it had a 100% return rate. These scams cost me $12,000 in losses. After months of weekly emails, they only refunded $4,000—a fraction of the damage. If you’re an Amazon seller, stay far away. These people are frauds and a massive risk to your business!
