This was one of the most simple experiences I have had. I work in a job that doesn’t allow much time for important things like health visits. This was a great and affordable way for me to make an appointment that I could attend no matter where I was for my job. Great, painless experience!

Fast help with getting a prescription!

This was the smoothest and easiest process. A UTI is an awful feeling in itself and today I did not have time at all to wait in a doctors office, so I found this website and it is amazing and speedy. I really felt listened to, highly recommend!

The Doctor was very prompt in calling. She asked me several more questions and diagnosed my UTI right away with my answered questions. This is a wonderful opportunity. Thank you every so much!

Service was super quick, I think since the time I submitted my info a physician got back to me within 30-40 minutes. My prescription was also done and ready at the pharmacy within the following 30 minutes.

Quick & easy questions to describe your symptoms. The doctor was very easy to talk to, and the recommendations of the meds were sent over to the pharmacy. Simplicity at best!

If i could give negative stars I would. I wish I would have read the reviews before being scammed, but those who have experienced a UTI or kidney infection know time is NOT on our side....I was DESPERATE for help. I am from California and was in Tennessee to help move my boyfriends kid into her new apartment at school. What started as a mild UTI turned into a kidney infection incredibly fast. I went online to see if there was a Kaiser anywhere near me, since that is where I am insured, only to find out there wasn't one for hundreds of thousands of miles away. I came across utitreatment.com and called to speak to a representative. She informed me to go online to fill out the questionnaire and that a doctor would contact me within 3-4 hours. I called at 4:15pm. 3 hours later.....nothing. 4 hours later....nothing. I took some pain medication and fell asleep. As soon as I woke up I called the number and spoke with a woman who said that she was so sorry no one had contacted me, but they were "backed up" and I would be contacted within the hour. One hour passed....nothing. Two hours passed...nothing. I called AGAIN telling her I was in terrible pain and that it was an emergency that someone contact me. She told me she forwarded my case to the "escalations team" and that a doctor would be calling me shortly. 5 hours later NOTHING. I ended up in the emergency room....you can imagine how expensive that is with no insurance. After I got out I called back to tell them what had happened and how furious I was with what happened. I asked that they give me an emailed receipt showing they refunded my money. Im still waiting on that email and my full refund. Moral of the story...THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

This is so convenient and easy! Doctors are friendly, caring, and thorough. I’ve had to use this service twice and both times I was able to get treated and issue solved!
