Hello Scott, We’re sorry to hear about the frustration you experienced. We completely understand how inconvenient it is when a device doesn’t perform as expected. For warranty claims, our support team typically requests a short video demonstrating the issue. This is standard practice across the industry and helps us properly assess the device and determine if it’s defective. It’s never meant to be dismissive, and we appreciate your patience with the process. If you’d like further assistance, we’d be happy to help — you can follow up with your support request #193657, and our team will work with you directly to resolve the matter. Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we hope to provide a smoother experience moving forward. Best Regards, Utillian

Hello Bahram, We’re sorry to hear about the trouble you experienced with your device. After reviewing your request and the photos you provided to our customer service, it looks like the ceramic chamber has unfortunately sustained damage after significant use. Since the unit is outside of its warranty coverage, it isn’t eligible for a replacement at this stage. That said, we absolutely understand how frustrating this must feel. As a gesture of goodwill, our team has offered you a discount toward your next purchase, and we’d be happy to help guide you toward a device that may better suit your needs or the same make and model moving forward. If you’d like to discuss this further, please don’t hesitate to reach back out to our customer service team on your request #191131—we’re here to help. Thank you again for your feedback. Kind Regards,
