Well this would have been my 3rd purchase I actually love the product but after purchasing the product you guys took my money but then 3 days later I got an email from bluecheck saying I didnt pass the age verification amd that my product would not be shipped to me I emailed them 3 times asking how to verify my age and they just keep emailing me back saying I didnt pass age verification and my money was never returned

My device doesn't even turn on or charge. Complete waste of money. I was hoping to find a good company with reliable products so I went ahead and got extra atomizers and went all out doing research on what would work best for me and I am so disappointed. I just had my first baby boy yesterday and dont have time for this so if you would like a good customer and recurring revenue please send me a device that works and a return lable and I'll send this one back. Never received my package, can’t get it refund without insurance number which I didn’t get (cus it wasn’t an option ) and neither side will take responsibility,

The age verification process is absolutely flawed and caused us to decide NOT to purchase any items from Utillian. First, during Checkout, it asks the reasonable question (and common form to all over-21 websites) of the customer's date of birth. BUT after supplying that information, it later puts you through a horribly flawed 'Age Verification' process that, in the end, refused to allow us to make the purchase unless we supplied either the last 4 digits of our social security #, or a "photo ID" (which, of course, means you're showing them your entire drivers license information. Over the ethernet and throughout the Internet. Without any knowledge of what the seller could then use that information for in the future! Utillian, you DON'T NEED THAT MUCH PROOF OF AGE. I even tried reaching out to Utillian via email, but they show no interest in resolving the problem. It's really a shame that Utillian insists on this 'smells like a scam' process, and 'Dope as Yola' recommended your products, BUT BECAUSE OF YOUR OWN POOR CHECKOUT METHOD, WE WON'T BE BUYING ANYTHING FROM YOU.

This is my third....the first two lasted years before the flashy lights....#3 I used twice=worked great....four hours later came flashy lights....

I’ve been trying to contact this company for a week and a half. I bought two utility eights one of them broke less than a year. They refused to refund the yellow and broken in three days and they refused to refund it. I spent 45 minutes on the phone yesterday and they hung up on me and they refused to call me back today. This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with and they still haven’t got back to me.
