Bait and switch at its best
Bait and switch at its best. Sell a one time payment license only to cancel it a couple or years later without refunding the one time payment. This is theft from a saas. I can't recommend uteach at all after this unethical move by the company. Edit* I have requested a refund for the lifetime deal as the business has changed its terms making this deal not the same one I paid for. Edit** They are doing nothing to fix this. So my review stands. They are a bad company to do business with. I can't use it as I am getting a refund from Appsumo and you unilaterally changed the features as set out by your sales page. You want me to pay you a 10% commission now, you limit my admin users, my students and courses making this not the same product as I purchased. When you make these changes Appsumo agreed that this is a change in sales contract and gave a refund. When will you own up and do the same?
