This time, first time actually. For some reason this company has chosen to not honor their return policies . Proof was requested and provided via video that all of the original packing and contents were as delivered, in good condition. The product ordered will not work in our application reason for the return.

With reference to PIR security light. Didn't work from opening the box!!!??. No customer support. Bought through Amazon. Their attitude is that it's not their problem as it's a third party company. Pointless product I would use a reputable wholesale

Purchased 2 sets of these at £40 pair and was very pleased with them, wired up my garden for another 6, went to order them and the price had doubled to £80 a pair!! I think that's called taking advantage of your customers - not happy!!
