I reserved 5x5 storage. But the entrance was too narrow to put my furniture, So I tried 5x10. But it was not 5 feet, little over 4feet.

Hi Il, thank you for letting us know. Storage units are measured by their interior and the doors are normally 1/2 to 1 foot smaller. We would recommend to rent an 8 x 10 or 10 x 10 to make sure it all fits and there is enough room to get through the door. Hope this helps and again, thank you for your review.

I have never experienced just rude behavior from a manager. For an issue so small like honoring a price commitment done on line. I will never use US self storage because of this and would not recommend it to anyone.
