I realy dont have much to say. Customer service is ok. Took a while to have the reservation straighten up but friendly.

I found what I needed with the filter features.

Easy to reserve online and customer service at the location was excellent..Thanks Lesley!

It was easy to reserve an unit. Trying to determine space required was difficult.

Ryan the manager at store #8566 on Airport rd was fantastic. He took care of all my needs quickly and made my bad day turn into a very good one. With affordable prices and great customer service, I will tell everyone to take their business to Ryan. Thanks Ryan for a fantastic experience.

Jim went the extra mile to find a storage unit that was the size I wanted and with a door that opened and closed properly. The website said there was only one left but he found another one that worked properly. He even helped me load my boxes on the dolly!

I used the website & was able to get my storage unit cheaper than if I had just gone to the facility. I was impressed with the facility having it's own insurance provided for very low rates & it's secure location. Great value & excellent service. Thanks

I booked my reservation on line brought in the confirmation number BUT didn't need it and Karen was extremely helpful thur the entire process.
