USSelfStorage.comReviews of usselfstorage.com

Finding the size space I needed for a good price and reserving it were very easy on their web site. The site manager called me shortly afterward to confirm the reservation and was friendly, helpful and efficient. Would have gotten 5 stars but on the web site it stated the first month was free but when I talked with the manager I found out this was only for a few small spaces and not the one I needed. This should be made clear on the web site so there are no false expectations.

The staff was abover and beyond excellent. Wasn't expecting some of the add on's that are not optional that did begin to add up. But in a crunch so had to do it.

Good site, good pricing, good follow up. My complaint and reason for four stars and not 5? I need to change the date of my reservation, and I have to call to do so. Why not add a way to do it on line? If there is a way and I missed it, it's very well hidden.

Got a unit finally! My third try with this web-site. The first two units were not supposed to even be listed. My third time I finally got a unit. Thank You!

was able to reserve without much difficulty and work well

They were very friendly.

Very easy to reserve online. When I arrived to secure my reservation, it was discovered that the reserved unit was still in use. A similar unit a few doors down was offered, but @ a higher rent. The agent onsite was able to obtain my original offer price at my insistence. The monthly insurance charge was not disclosed during the reservation process. Over all I was happy with the process. Your onsite agent was personable and professional.

Nice place and people at the reading location thanks.
