I reserved a storage unit through US self storage on line. They gave me a confirmation number for the unit I reserved. I contacted the storage facility to make sure I can meet someone there on movie in day, and they stated they have no units available.This type of business is not what you need when your moving. I'm very disappointed. I would give it zero stars.

Made me think I actually had a reservation for a storage unit but when I called the facility they told me that they had NO openings for the requested date.

Reserved an upstairs unit online listed with elevator access. Arrived next day to secure & was told the elevator was not working and apparently they had no intention of repairing it. They offered me the same size unit in a different building for $60 more per month. Two days later, they are still advertising these units with elevator access included. Manager was also there.

Asked to cancel my unit request and have been called snd email spammed for 2 days now. Theyve even called at 1 a.m. Despite acknowledging that they read I wanted to cancel my unit request, they initiated further emails and have not canceled it. I'm not sure why anyone would assume spamming potential customers would result in a happy actual customer.

Upon searching for a 24 hour access storage and finding one making the reservation calling the unit itself getting ready to go check in to confirm everything was as it said it was they told me they close and lock the gates at 10 PM when they advertise that they're open from 11:59 PM to 12 AM 7 day a week that would be 24 hours well 23 hours and 59 minutes

Needs customer service training.

After driving my motorcycle 30mi from my home to the storage on 50 degrees they did not let me store my motorcycle because it was with expired registration. Why would you need active registration when you store a vehicle ? It still have the full coverage Insurance on it so why do I have to register it and keep it in the storage for a whole year. My question to the front desk lady was "what if my registration was current at the time I'm here but expires let's say next month. What would you do? Are you going to call me next month and tell me you can not store my motorcycle anymore ? I don't think so. "

Why Is that except able ? I paying to leave stuff there and I'm praying my brand new furniture does not be come a home for mice bud did have much s choice doe to time restrain ..
