USSelfStorage.comReviews of usselfstorage.com

Service was great. The gal "Dolly" was very knowledgeable and very friendly. She took us for a ride to show us the storage unit we were interested in initially and then last minute we asked about going to a little larger unit. She said not a problem and asked us to go for a ride with her in the golf cart to see the next size up. It was perfect for our needs and we rented it. It was a painless process and Dolly made it all pleasant.

Michael got me set up with my new storage unit. He was kind, thorough and explained the process in detail. He made me feel welcomed and confirmed I made the best choice possible for renting storage. Facility is conveniently located and is easy to access with long hours each day to gain access

From the moment we walked in to the door we were greeted immediately and professionally by your staff and we could hear the excitement in their voices. Your staff is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. You definitely have a winning team in the Riverview location. The facility is well lit and very clean. It's good to see a company that values their customers but we know companies are as good as its employees.

It was a very nice change to deal with professional and nice people that goes out of their way to help you. The facility was very clean and I am so happy and impressed.

Never had a problem there. But they should let you know ahead of time all the information you will need on hand to complete the application. For example your insurance info.

Joanne is a very pleasant and care person. She is definitely an asset to your business. I will continue to use your facility, always. Thanks to Joanne
