Fairly easy process. Mike the employee that helped us was very nice and covered a lot of information. We got an oversize unit for a car plus other items. We were not aware that we needed a declaration page from our homeowners insurance for the other items. This was not a big problem as we moved the car in one day and waited a few days for the other items. Yet if we wished to do it all at one time it woudl have been a bit of a hassle

Everything was done with ease as far as making reservations. However it is not clear that you have to also pay an adminstration fee.

You need 1 person to register and 1 person to show cubes. It took me longer than it needed to because customers need to see storage unit. Employees are great!!!!

Friendly and had to upgrade a size. Rented a 10X10 but really was only a 9X9 inside dimensions.
