I must say I'm completely disappointed. I followed the instructions, gave all my info to USSS. When I inquired about coming up to view my storage unit that I reserved, they didn't have any of the type of unit I reserved available, and I spoke to the storage complex manager. He didn't even have a clue who USSS was... Your site should keep up with which units are available in each of the storage complexes you advertise. That, at the least. If you are going to advertise those complexes, you should have some sort of maintained contact with these different companies. I don't know what else to say... A very disappointing experience for sure.

They got me down only to tell they won't take my car now I might lose it and most storages are supposed to have insurance I will never rent from them again fuckem!

Very expensive got blocked in parking space by a truck loading or unloading very bad setup. Should have left it a garden store.

I was disappointed that the units advertised online were not as advertised. I booked a cheap 5x10 locker unit that I was excited about, only to go in and find out that it was by ladder access only and I could only store boxes in it, which meant that it was unusable for me since I rented it for a dining room set. I was dissapointed, but I decided to take a tour and was told that if there were any units available I would receive a call the next morning. The next morning I received a call that there was a 5x5x8 available, and I was so relieved. I loaded everything up into the car and paid my deposit. Upon arrival I was told that there wasn't a 5x5 available, just a 3x3 even though my receipt said it was a 5x5. The guys in the store were really nice and I was eventually able to get my deposit back, but it appears that the communication between the local store and the corporate office that was calling me was lacking. I would recommend bypassing the online and just going in to see yourself. I was just upset that I had to spend more $$$ at another location than anticipated because I had to have my stuff in the locker by a certain date, thought I was booked, then had to get a different one at the last minute.

Horrible experience. This site is a scam. No prices are the same as what is stated. Need to be truthful. I would not recommend this site to anyone.

Online site booked me for a spot but the location did not even have one available.
