USSelfStorage.comReviews of usselfstorage.com

I had a spot reserved with U-Haul just to get to the site and they said oh sorry we don't have any spots available. I reserved a spot on USSelfStorage and went to the facility the next day and was in and out with my storage unit in about 15 minutes!!! I will be recommending them to everyone I know!!!

Would recommend this company to anyone

Very polite, respectful and considerate of your needs when it comes to unit size and space the hours are awesome and the employees are grand.

The online reservation process was quick and easy. I had looked at the facility previously but the right size was unavailable. I checked back on the website, saw the size I needed had opened up, and I was able to quickly reserve it. I then followed up with a phone call, where I was treated professionally by a very friendly and helpful representative. Overall it was a very easy process!

I was able to reserve my unit with no problems and very fast. When I arrived I was shown the unit before making my final decision. Finished paperwork in less than 15 minutes.

Fast and easy low price

This was my first time renting a storage space. The employee who helped me was clear, concise and professional in her explanation of the contract and use of the facility. The pricing was competitive with, and somewhat lower than, other facilities in my neighborhood. The only clitch was the elevator timed out while I was loading my items to store and I didn't know I had to reset it. Thankfully, the maintenance man in the garage explained what happened and reset it for me. Perhaps a sign inside the elevator explaining this would help future customers.
