what I got was not exactly what I reserved
The whole process was straightforward and easy, and the reservation was confirmed by email, quickly and clearly. However, when I went directly to the property, they had their own reservation, which did not match the one you confirmed for me. Since the one that was allegedly reserved was not acceptable to me, they showed me another. The two key differences were there price and size: $24 vs $32, and a 4' tall CABINET vs an 8' tall UNIT. Onsite personnel "hid" behind the excuse that they have no control over a third-party like yourselves. A quick resolution to reconcile these differences would be appreciated.
