Jason
goor price and easy to use web site. However, it would have been nice to receive a confirmation email. If you book via a phone, there's no way to print the confirmation screen. An email would easily solve the problem. Thanks

Darryl was very helpful with my reservation. Everything was clear, the process was simple and I was able to move in my belongings within minutes.

They have an easy to use website and the prices were very competitive. They sent an email to call them and I returned their call, but I got an answering machine. I left a message, but did not receive a return phone call.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Great customer service. Called me immediately the next day. Only two complaints: the site does not tell you the reservation fee anywhere before, during or after the booking. Only the amount for the actual unit. Also, you can't book online more than two weeks out. Hopefully they will have a unit available in two weeks when I can actually book the unit.

Easy to use. Good deals as advertised
