One guy told me it was ok to keep my wheels in storage, then when I went to see another unit the other guy says i can't keep them there, so i took my business to another competitor. Not only did they accept wheels but i got the same unit for less than half of the price. So it was a win win situation for me, thanks to the other guy for saying I can't keep wheels in storage.

What's the use of making a reservation when it's not guaranteed they will hold the spot for you.

I reserved a unit online 2 days ago for Sat. That day I got a voicemail thanking me for the business & a customer service number for questions. The next day another call (again from out of state) came - I didnt answer & they left no message. Today, I got another call from out of state, leaving a voicemail asking me to call to ' confirm my reservation'. I'm not due to actually go there for another 2 days!! Would you please LEAVE ME ALONE UNTIL I GET THERE??? Exactly ONE call is expected for any kind of confirmation, IF NEEDED. After today I blocked the number - enough already!

Your sales woman just lost a sale. Instead of a "we'll take care of you" attitude, she had a "we are just here to screw you over" attitude - very bait and switch. We got you in the door, now there's this charge and that charge, and next month we can raise your rate... I walked out. It was your location on Glencoe in LA

Horrible experience. Reserved my car for storage and stated my niece would drop off car with all required documentation as I had to go overseas suddenly. Pink slip, registration. said would sign agreement and have notarised so legal. offered to pay via us credit card in advance. Said they would not accept this. Not company policy. Asked to speak with supervisor/Regional Manager and I could hear the local manager saying to her regional manager to tell me that they couldn't take car. Also said I wasn't listening. I was They weren't. I WOULD THINK TWICE ABOUT USING leaving anything in the trust of these guys. Bad news.

The person who called me to confirm my reservation refused to honor the price listed in my email. (And no his response is utterly false in the email it is not listed as a mailbox. More lies and deception) When I contacted the company number in Miami listed on their website it appears that this deception stems directly from their main corporate office. The website is merely a bait and switch. You'd do better finding someone who is honest. After all, you are trusting them to store your belongings.
